While it doesn't have a free plan, it also doesn't have the limitations of a free plan - no file size limits, no number of page limits, no build limits, and so on.

As we've run many static websites on BunnyCDN, I can tell you that the costs don't add up quickly, even with frequently visited websites (we are talking about $15-$20 per year for your 100 websites).

The other options are still good, but you have to examine the limits more closely (especially the 2MB per file limit). If that's not an issue, you can also use these!

I use funnelkit to build out my funnels. Can your plugin be used with this?

Yes, but make sure to add the funnels' URLs in Simply Static -> Settings -> General -> Include -> Additional URLs. We just had that problem in support, and we will ensure that they are included automatically in a future update.

However, for now, this helps!

1. What happens to the structure of the pages? Right now wordpress produces domain.com/page-name. Will the output url now look like domain.com/index.html and domain.com/contact-us.html? My concern is.. Doesn't this hurt the ranking of the website? Because google will have to reindex and rerank every single page and all older pages will disappears from SERP? Website using this plugin may have to becareful since it can completely tank the SEO ranking. Am I correct?

#2 I use brizy builder, I like it a lot. But their code is super large because of the way they designed their page builder. Does your software optimize it and make it much smaller?

#3 Does your plugin support brizy's contact form?

#2. I've tested it with Brizy a couple of years ago. If I remember correctly the default Brizy images were a 'bit heavy' too. I saw Shortpixel integration on the SimplyStatic roadmap. That probably will help.

1) No, the URLs will look exactly the same as in WordPress.

When running a static website, a path like mywebsite.com/page-name/index.html will be automatically converted to mywebsite.com/page-name - so you will never have URLs with the filename at the end (as long as you do not specifically want to use them).

As we convert your existing WordPress website, nothing will change in terms of SEO—it's the same page with the same content in the same location. You will get performance benefits out of going static, but besides that, your page structure really stays the same.

2) Well, we can't magically fix that, but we do have some optimization features, such as minification, disabling unused WP core features and replacing paths.

3) Not yet, but it's on the roadmap!

I can verify that Brizy Page Builder & Contact form works but with an error. I get this "YOUR EMAIL WAS NOT SENT" I did set up a page redirect after the successful contact form was filled out so I can later track conversion.

This is a disappointment, not sure if I should keep this since lead gen and contact form is the whole purpose of having these websites.

To prevent search engines from crawling an indexing the content on your WordPress website we typically recommend adding Basic Auth. Adding this type of protection prevents access to both the frontend and backend of your site without first entering credentials. As a quick note, you will also need to add the Basic Auth credentials to Simply Static.
